On June 17, the 1st online training by  by GLTU&LCB BRUNEI-CHINA International Tourism Talent Training Center was successfully held.  

This lecture is the first in a series of lectures on "Travel around China - magnificent Guangxi", which was given by Ms. Bai Xue from the College of Culture and Communication in Guilin Tourism University. The lecture was broadcast live on the platform of Zoom and the center's Facebook. More than 70 people from political, business and academic circles at home and abroad participated in the lecture, including many people from the Brunei travel industry, and achieved good publicity results.

Ms. Bai Xue started to explain the main landforms and administrative divisions of China, so that Brunei friends can have a preliminary understanding of China's geography, and then give a detailed introduction to the tourism and cultural characteristics of Guangxi. She described the unique landform and its forming factors of Guangxi, and showed the landscape pictures of Guangxi, so that students can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Guangxi without leaving home; Then, combining with the history, she narrated the economic and social development of Guangxi, and introduced the rich life of Guangxi people from the aspects of scenic spots, folk entertainment and local food.

During the interactive session, Brunei friends actively asked questions. They said that this was their first time to learn about Guangxi. They were deeply attracted by the culture and natural scenery of Guangxi in their online exploration, and hoped to participate in more similar activities in the future.

It is reported that the second online training "Chinese Tourists - Tourism Consum Behavior" will be held on the afternoon of June 24 as scheduled.
